With traveling, Import and Export of animals (pets and horses) new and exotic pathogens might be introduced to Austria. This represents a new risk potential for humans and animals and could also have an economic impact. Specialists in the field of Bacterology, Virology, Parasitologie, Clinics etc.) are training vets from the field to be state-of-the-art in regard of this problem.
