Influnce of a hypertonic saline (7,2% NaCl) - hydroxyethylstarch (6%) - solution (HyperHES(R)) in comparison to mannit (20%) on the intraocular pressure of the dog

Abstract
Mannit 20% lowers the introacular pressure because the hyperosmolality dehydrates the vitreus. It should be checked if HyperHES has the same effect.
